Feature Request: Add iOS Notification Service Extension to enable rich media pushes #41

The service extension needs to be added through expo plugins the way it is explained on the Marketing Cloud documentation.

I've done this locally for my project but would love to see it as part of this project instead. If there is support for this I can work on getting a PR in place.
