"slack2wagtail" -> "wagtail-live"?

Slack transcript, March 16th 2019:

tom: I'm not so keen on slack2wagtail because it could be extended to other inputs in the future (e.g. WhatsApp). 'blog' doesn't feel quite right either. How about 'wagtail-live' or 'wagtail-live-news'?

lucas: im also for seeing slack just as one option and having the option to put any backend in front :slightly_smiling_face:

tom: Or 'wagtail-breaking-news'

coen: I like wagtail-live

lucas: wagtail-live sounds simple and nice

Just renamed the repo. But the code and readme should be updated too.
