Added the home e2e workflow. Attempted to add a fix into the test scripts to allow them to grab configs from both the local .env and azure .yml file. As of now the tests still don't run headless as the XPath functionality will stop working properly. If we want it to run headless we need to be able to use selectors but that is hard because of rapid development and changes in element selectors.
