1 year ago Thanks for your interest in UI Browser.
I've enabled the discussion facility for this repo. Please go ahead and try to get something going here. Once I have some bundles of work identified I can begin recruiting some volunteers to start coding.
I feel we'll end up with two distinct audiences:
- a group interested in contributing to UI Browser's development for whom GitHub issues and discussion is a great solution.
- a group who are users of the application for whom the LNS forum or MacScripter.net with their AppleScript focus is a better fit. Beyond feature requests and bug reports, this group would only be confused by the technical discussion of how UI Browser 4 is being developed.
We'll have to see how things develop and adjust to fit the circumstances that emerge.
Here's a link to the information that has been collected in the existing forum (no login required to view). If things begin take hold here, I'll transfer this material into this discussion area.
I'm aware there is a forum at latenightsw.com, however I think it'd be less friction to just keep it here with the GitHub project, not requiring a new account or external resource to find. It'd also facilitate the conversion of issues to discussions and vise-versa. It'd obviate having to close non-issue issues like #3.
