Change the audio service provider class and configuration on the Ident and Voice Command classes #6

....to be in a parent class, that in turn extends the 'PiplexBaseCommand' class, this will make this code extendable and reduces the DRY components of the class.

This has now been fully implemented and the feature request can now be closed.
