I confirm that we are integrated with the Polish department of DPD and only have statuses if the shipment goes through the Polish DPD.
Any other solution to send Allegro dispatch status when shipping to other countries?
From the API side, I have no way to help if you are using a different shipping path. I believe that maybe other users have had similar experiences and can advise you something.

Hi, we are the sellers from Lithuania.
We send parcels to all countries with DPD. Since we also sale on other platforms, we do the DPD call ourselves via API.
We also manage Allegro sales via API
The Allegro system began to treat all orders whose delivery country is not Poland, is not dispatched.
Our rating started to fall from that, we started to find out why.
Allegro support replied that they cannot check the status of international DPD shipments. Then they offered to send the full Allegro customer email (xxxx+xxxx@allegromail.pl) to the DPD system. We tried to do this, but then we encountered the problem that we cannot submit an email containing a "+" sign to the DPD system.
Have you encountered this problem and how did you solve it? Now I see only one option - to prevent delivery to countries other than Poland...
