Hello,

We have a developer account. How can we start using the sandbox? We went to MANAGE API -> My Apps (sandbox) to create a Company account, but it didn't work. So, we created a basic account instead. Now, we need to activate the account, but the 'Bank transfer' option isn't working. The 'Fast online transfer' option takes us to a menu where we can see that 'Bank account verification has been accepted.'

What should we do to be able to use the API sandbox?

Hello, I managed to reach out for the data from this case, but as I see, you sent the data from production. I don't see any account on Sandbox registered by the mentioned email. You need to set up the account directly on the Sandbox environment - after you send login, I can activate such account. We are receiving requests to activate test accounts on a regular basis, so there shouldn't be any issues with registration, but if there are any - please send us more details.

I attempted to create a company account in the sandbox environment by navigating to MANAGE API -> My Apps (sandbox) -> Create an account -> Company Account. After completing all the required fields and clicking "next," nothing happens. I'm attaching a screenshot for reference. So then I created regular account.

Credentials for the regular account have been sent to https://allegro.pl/pomoc/kontakt. My case number is 41627749. Additionally, I've submitted another question regarding "redirect addresses." Thank you.

When it comes to the issue with registering the company account - it seems that you are using some online translation and that may be the case ("Litwa" is not translated to "Lithuania" and there are some other differences between your screenshot and the text on our page ). You can change the language settings to English in the top-right corner of the page.

I activated your regular account. If your question about redirect addresses doesn't contain any confidential information, you can send it here. That way, we can respond faster, cause we don't have to wait for another department to forward the question to us :)

Hello, the screenshot is not visible, but as I see in our logs, it seems that you're using the application from Sandbox, but you are trying to authorize it on the production environment. Instead of https://allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl/auth/oauth/authorize you are using https://allegro.pl/auth/oauth/authorize address. Also, please remember not to publish sensitive information like your client secret, I've removed it from your post.

Yes, you are correct. I made a mistake. I have now changed the URLs to:

However, I am still encountering the same error. I generate the button, click on it, then log in, and the error persists.

That is causing the error, you need to register an application with the authorization code grant type or change the way you authorize the application to device flow.

I have a few questions.

We're trying to search for products, and it seems that there's only one option available: "/sale/products". Is it only possible to search for one product at a time, or are we missing something?

Additionally, we need to retrieve existing offers for a product that we want to sell in order to set a competitive price. It seems that the only option available is to use the method "/offers/listing", but it appears that we can only search by categories and not by individual products. Is searching by categories the only option available?

Also, could you please advise on which category in the sandbox has available data? We have tried using various categories such as:

Corded (ID: 257109)
Headphones (ID: 66887)
Audio, Video and Household Appliances (ID: 10)
Cleaning Equipment (ID: 258821)

And many others.

However, we consistently receive the following result:

[message] => Lack of significant query parameter. At least one of: category.id (other than root category identifier), phrase, seller.id, seller.login must be provided.

Yes, correct, you can search only for one product using parameters mentioned in our documentation.

Are you sure you are using category.id parameter? I've tried to search for offers through these categories and I couldn't recreate this error, I've received a list of offers in the provided category. If the problem persists, please send me a sample trace-id for the operation associated with the error.

Also, please keep in mind that access to /offers/listing on production is restricted - access is given only to verified applications. To go through verification process, contact us via the form.

The 500 status code indicates some temporary issues on our side, normally you should receive 422 with a proper error message - in the deliveryMethod.id you should provide the id from GET /sale/delivery-methods.

As I understand, before using the method "Create offer based on product," I first need to create a shipping rates set and use that ID in the "Create offer based on product" method's field: delivery.shippingRates. ?

Yes, you can do it that way or you can create a shipping rate named "default" (via API or www), that way you will not be obligated to include delivery.shippingRates.id in the request. One more thing - you can create and manage offers via API only with a company account. I see that you tried to create the shipping rate on the regular account.

I changed my regular account to a company account and created a "shipping rate" through the website. Now, I'm trying to create an offer for an existing product, for example product_id:

The operationId, along with the full link to the resource, is returned in the response Location header when we return 202 Accepted status, for example - https://api.allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl/sale/product-offers/7762987902/operations/01f27f5f-a609-468d-8ab3-2311a9db8234.This header is returned with other headers, like trace-id, retry-after. I'm not sure why your header contains JSON, this is not a kind of information that HTTP response headers should include.

It is not possible to delete an offer that was once activated, you can only end such offer via PATCH /sale/product-offers/{offerID} or PUT /sale/offer-publication-commands/{commandId}. Ended offer will be moved to our archive after 60 days and it will not be possible to retrieve its data.
