Unable to authorize to sandbox #9019

Hello, I'm developing connection from ERP system to your marketplace. The idea is the ERP will send informations about products and prices to Allegro and download offers. It will be done automaticaly without user interaction. Which authorization method is suitable for this purpose?

Meanwhile I created application on sandbox. Even though I used the python code example you provided in the guide I'm continously getting "{'error': 'Unauthorized', 'error_description': 'Unauthorized'}". I used CLIENT ID and CLIENT SECRET from the application's details page (see below).

Could you please let me know what is wrong?

I see that ClientID was generated on the production environment, not on Sandbox. So it is correct that you cannot authorize on the Sandbox. Please, register a new application on the Sandbox, and then use its credentials to authorize.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I'm not able to create snadbox application because account activation and two-factor authentication but I believe the account is activated and two-factor authentication is enabled (see attached picture). You have to verify your company account. Please, make a bank transfer (by payment simulator) and send any files as company documents. You can do it via the Account details tab.

We believe we have done everything required for creating sandbox application but it is still not allowed. Could you please verify our account (lari_cz) and let us know what is missing? By the way I was able to create application in production environment so I expect it would be possible in the sandbox as well.

Hi @Tomas-Hutyra on Sandbox there are cases when account manual activation is required from our side. Please set payouts via Payout Settings tab, then I'll be able to activate your account. You can use fake data, there are no real payment transfers on Sandbox.

Geat, now I can see the registration form, but when I click on the "Register" button nothing happens. Attasched there is the form screenshot, Do you see any problem?

Does this issue occur also on different browsers? Do you see any notification when you open https://apps.developer.allegro.pl.allegrosandbox.pl/ ? If you are using the google online translator, please disable it.

Good point, it was caused by ad blocker. The application is created now.
