Return Label #9043

Hi,

1) I create parcel via HttpMethod.Put, $"parcel-management/parcel-create-commands/{commandId}" 2) Then get parcelid via HttpMethod.Get, $"parcel-management/parcel-create-commands/{commandId}" 3)Then I get parcel details via HttpMethod.Get, $"parcel-management/parcels/{parcelId}" 4) And then I downloand label via HttpMethod.Get, $"parcel-management/parcels/label?parcelId={parcelId}&pageFormat=A6", "application/pdf".

When customer does not satisfy with product and wanna return. Can I create label like in this way for end-customer? I could not find any action to create return label and parcel via API.

How can customer return item? What are their options?

No, you cannot. The buyer should begin the return process. All the necessary information you can find in the Allegro Help.
