"/order/refund-claims" Can this interface return the order number? #9237

  1. The data returned by this interface does not have an order number, so we cannot associate it with the corresponding order.
  2. No specific refund amount returned

You always make a claim to a specific lineItem in the order - you can check by this lineItem ID which order is involved. You can see the specific amount returned in the commission object.

When can this API be opened?

@yao657355700 we do not provide Allegro Ads as part of Allegro's public API.

Why not provide this API?  It's troublesome to manually download data every day. It's not convenient at all

It's a business decision. If something changes in this regard and Allegro Ads becomes part of the public API - we will communicate this.

OfferID: 15903673526 I see many sellers have reported this issue.  Then the account manager said that this is a normal situation, and once there is inventory, there will be no such error.

Qunatity of the stock is 0. Such an offer will not be activated until there is no product in the warehouse.

Can you modify the way it is displayed in the seller's backend. Otherwise, I will always think that the product was not successfully published. But I don't know how to modify it 345

Thanks for the suggestion. The pending status indicates that the offer is pending replenishment in stock. After you create an Advance Ship Notice for a product to which the offer was connected, and the warehouse will take the ASN, we will increase the stock of the offer by the number of goods received and automatically activate it.

Well, I understand what you mean.  But when the seller first encounters this prompt, they don't know and may think it's always a mistake there. Thank you for your explanation

Why didn't my product's EAN code appear in the collection when I was creating a new stock order, My products are all selling normally.

Then I prepared the goods, but when the warehouse received them, they said that the EAN code for my product did not exist

You can include in the ASN only those products that were previously assigned to your offers. A full list of available products can be retrieved via GET /fulfillment/available-products.

It looks like there may be some inconsistency here with the GTIN between the One Fulfillment product and the product on offer. I'm not sure if this will cause any problems when stocking this product. If you, as a seller, have any problem with One Fulfillment - use the contact form or contact your account manager.

I contacted, but I haven't received a response yet. Their response efficiency is too slow.

This situation will result in the warehouse being unable to receive goods, and I have already had a product that is unable to receive goods. The warehouse requires me to create a new inventory list, But the EAN for that product is still not included in the new inventory list I created. I don't know how to operate it.

I found that when the same product is added later, the EAN codes of the previous products are replaced, This logic is quite strange.

This will result in many of my products being out of stock.

I have information that this inconsistency should not cause problems with the stock acceptance of Fulfillment. If you observe any problems - use the contact form or contact the account manager.
