But when I have tried to request any API using my local machine it is not working but it is working on the staging environment how it is possible somewhere it is working and somewhere not. Both place we are using same account.

I can't give you the access token. It will be against the company policy. But I have used the JWT debugger which shows the access token has an invalid signature

We are not currently registering any error with OAuth. To clarify this we need more details. What specific error message are we returning? The message about Invalid Signature on jwt.io is not relevant here.

does both live account access token and sandbox access token both has the same expiration time that is 43199 seconds or different?
