I see that the status of these submissions is REQUESTED. It doesn't mean they are accepted, but they are are going to be verified. You can see the current status via GET /sale/badge-applications or GET /sale/badge-applications/{applicationId}.

They use the same access_token link with my allegro account.Why there exist two accounts.

Access tokens cannot be the same for two different users. It depends on which user has authorized the application, and for this specific user tokens are generated. It is not possible to manage offers from account "A" with a token from user "B" - even if accounts are linked on Allegro.
