Fulfillment status definiton

Hi there,

can you please explain the different fulfillment statuses for orders and in which cases should they be used? I found, that these are the allowed values:

• NEW
• PROCESSING
• READY_FOR_SHIPMENT
• READY_FOR_PICKUP
• SENT
• PICKED_UP
• CANCELLED
• SUSPENDED

First of all please note that using these statuses depends on the seller. Below I can only give some short purpose for each of them:

NEW - new order, PROCESSING - order in progress, READY_FOR_SHIPMENT - order to be shipped, SENT - order sent, PICKED_UP - order already picked up, CANCELLED - order canceled, SUSPENDED - order on hold.

The fulfillment statuses are up to the Seller. It all depends on the way of order management. For example, the "SUSPENDED" status you can use if you wait for the goods delivery and now you are not able to send it to the buyer. Every status can be managed in the seller's way.
