I need more details to give you a precise answer.
The thing is that Allegro blocked our account due to sending duplicate eans in our API transfer. We fixed what we came up with and I would like to make sure if it is already OK from our side.
We also received a list of problematic eans last week (see below), but I couldn't find those eans in our import at all. Is it possible to check this from your side?

Unfortunately, I do not have such an option. If you got such information from allegro, write about it in response to that email or via the contact form to get a solution.
