Could you please send me a sample trace-id associated with this failed operation? I'm asking cause this error message on the screenshot does not come directly from our API. If a given product already exists in our database, we always return the ID of such product, thanks to which integration knows which product can be used to associate with the offer.

these products were on allegro.pl. we canceled the account and created a new one on allegro.cz. could it be that in history these products are somehow stored and connected? I don't know where to find it, I have to write to the eshop system administrator

If you created these products before, that may be the case, but please send us some sample trace-ids once you got it.

V dokumentaci vidím, že tam přidali metadata a měli by tam posílat i vazbu na existující produkt (jak píše i ve zprávě Vám), ale neposílají to tam.

Thank you. You can forward the following info to the admin - we added a metadata field, but right now it applies to the /sale/product-offers resource. Your trace-id is connected with the /sale/product-proposals operations and in this case, when we found a duplicate, we return information about the product ID in the Location header:

dzień dobry, naprawiliśmy oryginalne błędy, ale są też inne, które prawdopodobnie są związane z oryginalnym polskim profilem, gdzie opis błędu brzmi: „Allegro podaje, że produkt już istnieje jako 3f47bc5c-61ab-44e0-9809-31ccd827f024, ale ten jest już sparowany z produktem 75800"

czy możemy to rozwiązać?

Przesyłam oświadczenie od naszego administratora "Tady je komplikace v tom, že Allegro nás odkáže na produkt z Allegra, který už je spárovaný s jiným produktem z eshopu. Pokud bychom jej i přesto spárovali, tak by Vám Allegro psalo, že máte duplicitní nabídky a hrozilo by Vám pozastavením prodeje. Proto to zahlásíme jako chybu a produkt nespárujeme."

Jest możliwe wystawienie do 5 ofert tego samego produktu i to nie grozi zablokowaniem. Zwrócimy błąd jeżeli ta liczba zostanie przekroczona. Niestety, ale myślę, że te ewentualne ograniczenia leżą po stronie charakterystyki integracji, z jakiej korzystasz i to po stronie supportu aplikacji powinno to zostać wyjaśnione.
