Problems with image size when creating product cards

Hi there,

one of our users tried to create product cards via our app but we got the response that the image is not big enough "None of the images meet the requirements for creating a product: some images are too small (longer side min. 400 px)":

We checked the image: https://img.naplnka.cz/images/p%c3%a1sky/40910.jpg but the dimensions seem to be correct from our side.

Can you please tell us what is wrong and how we can fix it? :)

Hi, The image from this link had smaller dimensions, your application/the seller replaced it yesterday, probably after you received an error. In that case that is not enough, we already cached it in the previous form, especially because you sent us a header:

max-age=63072000

Which means we can cache this image for two years.

So changing the image under the same URL won’t be enough, you can add an insignificant parameter like https://img.naplnka.cz/images/p%c3%a1sky/40910.jpg?a=1 - thanks to that we will cache over again and the error message should no longer occur.
