Disable check due to:

consul/config.go:5:13:warning: struct of size 200 could be 192 (maligned)

Coverage remained the same at 90.066% when pulling 02fea6d0ac8be95c4d966a08018c99e767342b6f on fix_linter into 33394b5d9a16f9a99384508e8fc3312f2195eb8b on master.
