Trains agent config #13

New optional value where it's possible to specify a custom trains.conf to the Agent for advanced configurations.

I added a couple of improvements especially regarding the mount of /root/trains.conf to avoid making /root folder readonly preventing cache to work. Now it looks good after some internal test.
