Argument "cast" for Task.get_parameter #951

I am surprised that https://clear.ml/docs/latest/docs/references/sdk/task#get_parameter does not have a cast argument. How come? If there is not a good reason against it, could we get this?

That's an excellent suggestion @Make42.

It should make it into a near version.
