Introduce native `sandbox` configuration option #149

When deploying bzion to a testing/sandbox environment here are few things that should happen in sandbox mode:

~~Don't record IPs on login~~
[x] Don't display previous callsigns
[x] Don't display player email addresses in profile editor
[x] Don't display known IPs for players
[x] Don't display current admin notes

Add a demo_mode: true|false option to the configuration file
