do not show time slider if time series not loaded #104

Use Case

no reason to show a time slider if user did not load data that is time series

Solution

Main Screen: If a time series is not loaded (disabled). The Time does not appear in the sidebar

can still create it but just hide it, should be a simple flag I would guess
