New documentation in preparation for a 1.7 release. Adding icons to the docs means I needed to add a special handler that can convert them into the pdf output.

Docs cover the follwing added functionality:

flip axes x, y, z
interpolate on/off
image sequences
view toolbar
load gs: and s3: urls
