Keep original segmentation filename when exporting frames? #24

An ongoing change to implement #12 keeps the original image names when writing out background image frames.

Implementing something similar for image frames would make it easier to debug, and would also possibly solve #23 in the process. The example scripts could generate the array of final file paths before running the frame generation step.
