Use Case

Tooltips currently show for all text labels, even if the text can be viewed in entirety. This can add extra clutter and sometimes obscure other elements of the UI.

Acceptance Criteria

Add a configurable tooltip that will only be visible if the content ref is overflowing and shows ellipses.
