Difficult to navigate dropdowns when there are a large number of items (especially datasets)
Users are often interested in looking at all the datasets in a collection

Possible solution discussion:

Should the searchbar be focused? Should we focus on the currently selected item?
Add keyboard navigation for dropdowns? (up/down arrow)
Forward/back arrow for datasets? features?
