In the nucmorph manuscript, we are referring to different colonies, but on the TFE website, they are referred to as "datasets". Julie and Chantelle raised a concern that the mismatch may be confusing.
"Datasets" is a somewhat overloaded term.
Internally, the hierarchy is collections -> datasets.
Possible solutions:
Remove the "Datasets" label.
Use a more generic term ("Data groups", "image set", "timelapse", "data")
Add a way to define what "datasets" should be called at the collection level, and allow each collection to override it.
