feat: Update landing page for NucMorph publication + styling

Problem

Closes #381 ("Home or "splash" page refinement updates needed") and closes #208 ("Update landing page with new dataset URLs + descriptions").

Solution

• Updates links and text descriptions for the new Nucmorph manuscript datasets.
• Adjusts margins on landing page elements for consistency
• Header on viewer now opens link in new tab
