fix: Fixed auto-close preventing the side panel from reopening #233

Closes #209, fixing an issue where the side controls panel would be unable to reopen when the screen was too narrow.

Changes

Adds a flag for whether the side panel has already been collapsed once to prevent it from triggering again until the screen returns to a higher width.
