Closes #275, updating the landing page for the NucMorph publication.

Fixes a bug where defining viewer settings in the landing page content would not cause it to update.
Adjusts some styling to reflect changes made in TFE, based on UX feedback.
Adds links to Quilt ZARR data for the Nucmorph colony datasets.
