TouchJSON encodes as NSStrings but decodes as NSData #64

Would be nice if TouchJSON by default encoded everything as NSData instead of 
NSString. 99% of 
the time the end user is going to be using NSData anyways (I think) and it 
makes sense to make the 
API reflect that.
