Need some guidance on setting up and running locally #1

Hello @skmur

I would love to set this up locally. I am a team of one that is trying to build anatomy ontologies for research organisms. I have successfully used SciSpacy and scibert to extract potential anatomical terms, and have been trying to come up with a pipeline to generate definitions for these terms. ACCoRD seems like the perfect solution.

From the README I am not sure how to get started setting up and running ACCoRD. Could you provide some guidance? I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
