GRID ids in the title #8

Here's an example raw affiliation string: {0000 0004 0482 7128grid.48507.3eYerevan Physics InstituteYerevanArmenia}

GRID ids have a known deterministic mapping to ROR ids. We should:

(1) regex for GRID id (2) if found, map to ROR

Should be easy and high precision.
