Refactors arm code for future development.
Removes code duplication for arm, new interface for Arm and decoupling with ConinuousMovement. Enables held object-agent intersection.
To merge with main after this, since this branch has new colliders for the agent.
TODO: Create collision for the Kinova agent too
Functionality now in main.
