I needed a place to put some instructions for how to submit models, and doing it all in a GitHub template got out of hand. So I added this extra page.

Questions:

Can we make it look better with little effort? If it takes lots of effort, let's not bother.
How can we make the "submit model" button go away on the "submit model" page?
How bad is my CSS?

Also, you're signing up to handle all webdev on the AllenNLP Demo now too, right?

Well, I am assigned to do a bunch of that soon ... 😬
