Add Evaluations with NER

I just looked at this, and I'm happy to merge it with the Aspire repo! Thanks for the work! A few clarifications and requests before I merge:

• As I understand, this is augmenting the sentence representations with additional entity representations as additional "sentences". Is this correct?
• Do you mind supplying abstracts-csfcube-preds-ner-probs-labels.jsonl as well? The NER labels aren't part of CSFCube?
• I see the NER/README references a PURE entity model. Can you link this if it is another repo or paper?
• Could you make an addition to the main Aspire repo readme describing in a sentence or two what this project is? I can merge that as well. Perhaps do this under the repo contents section.
