Almost all of this is formatting #32

There were one or two spots where pylint discovered a bug, and I fixed those bugs. The bugs were typically names that hadn't been changed consistently in a commit.

@pdasigi if you want to look at this, feel free. If not, that's ok too, just let me know. I'll go through and find the places that aren't just formatting fixes, and put a comment so you can easily find them.
