This renames OKC to IKE, and removes our tag line. It doesn't rename it everywhere, just where DNS names are concerned. Renaming it everywhere would be a much bigger undertaking. So I guess now it's "codename OKC".

This is already deployed to both test and prod. The hosts are now called ike.dev.ai2 and ice-test.dev.ai2.
