@dirkgr : following things are addressed in this PR:

• Move +/- tooltip to the top
• Make error message for incorrect no. of columns more descriptive
• Error reporting for Narrow/Broaden errors: timeout/NPE— change to friendlier message instead of exception message in UI
• Document or disable narrow/broaden not fully implemented (for table-based similarity query)
