[CLOSED] Separate deploy stuff from code repo

@jkinkead , @dirkgr : This removes all deploy references from the main okcorpus repo. I am moving all this to the new deploy repo set up by @iellenberger . The way deploy will work for AI2-internal users is:

• AI2 user gets okcorpus repo (will be renamed to ike and made public) with just the code.
• AI2 user gets deploy private repo containing an ike folder with all the ike-related deploy artifacts and Ingmar-provided scripts.
• AI2 user runs the Ingmar-provided scripts, which will set up symlinks to all deploy-relevant stuff to point to corresponding locations within the deploy repo.
• AI2 user runs deploy prod / deploy test from within sbt as usual to deploy to prod/test respectively. -- I will add this to AI2-internal README in an upcoming PR.

Also pending is removing all git history related to the below files.
