@ColinArenz : documentation about supported platforms and note about changes to build/run IKE on windows, as brought up by an external user. LMK if you think we should capture his notes explicitly in the README itself. Don't think we would delete issues ever, but I was hesitant to put it directly into the README as it's not something we have verified personally.
