Brings the branch up to date with MMDA and newest SPP-client that uses new SPP API. Includes original grobid 0.5 that was used as baseline for comparison if we need it in the future or want to use it as a sanity check at any point
Will post a second PR without Grobid comparison pieces after confirming ping to citation matcher is being used the same way it's used in s2matchmaker
