Ticket: Note Taking as an option in the component library demo#166
Instead of installing the hypothes.is client in the html file, moved this as an option to the header. Installing and uninstalling the h. client using a hack, similar to how this is done in the S2 webapp.
Also added some styling to highlight the header when the option is enabled in the demo.
