Add BoundingBox helper/transform functions to library exports #85

We have a function called scaleRawBoundingBox to transform raw BoundingBox Data in Demo App but not in PDF Component Library, need to create another one inside Component Library to be used in S2 side to be able to draw bounding box at the exact location on the screen
