• [x] Git updates: rename version tags for old versions of library so they don't conflict with version tags for new library

For Git updates subtask: renamed old version tags to pdf-components-dist_v0.0.x format. New versions use v0.0.x format.

For removing old pdf-components-dist package under my personal account from npm: unable to fully delete package due to it currently being in use, forced to deprecate package instead.

For checking that Huy, YenSung, and Smita have access to final package: they are listed as part of the allenai organization on npm and allenai owns the new package, so they should have access. This has not been tested and we will test as needed.
