The goal of this ticket is to update the PDF CL package name from pdf-components-dist to @allenai/pdf-components.
Changes in this ticket:
Update Webpack config and package.json build script to use new package name. Rename output files from pdf-components-dist.js/css to pdf-components.js/css.
Rebuild library and start versioning over ("starting over" at v0.0.3 because I messed up the first two :grimacing:)
Update demo app import paths to reflect new package name

Testing Plan
Tested all demo app functionality locally: PDF loads successfully, zoom in/out, rotate CW/CCW, outline opens/closes/click handler works, text highlight, highlight overlay, scroll to Figure 1, download button
Imported new package into S2 and confirmed that the Semantic Reader app still loads PDF successfully
