Switch all output from csv to jsonl format #12

All csv is gone. Lots of added lines of code, mostly to support serialization/deserialization of json. Updated documentation.

Capitalize JSON and JSONL throughout. Done

Run the JSON examples through an indenter, like jq, for consistency. Done

Do any of the files in the repo have to change, like ruletaker_grammar_theory1.txt? No. Those are config.
