Bug: Journal name collision "Education for Health" and "Education and Health" #204

Describe the Bug Education for Health is a different journal than Education and Health. (Confusing to me as well)

However, Semantic Scholar appears to treat them as the same.

To Reproduce Examine this paper on PubMed: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17178521/

The listed journal is Educ Health (Abingdon). This journal is Education for Health. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog?term=%22Educ+Health+%28Abingdon%29%22%5BTitle+Abbreviation%5D

However, when you view this paper on Semantic Scholar, you can see that the journal is listed incorrectly as Education and Health. https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/An-interprofessional-communication-skills-lab%3A-a-Salvatori-Mahoney/0389f5b01ccf8448996c502559429203c4053a1a

Examining the venue pages on Semantic Scholar show that they both give the same link.

Both give: https://sheu.org.uk/content/page/education-and-health-journal

Which has a different ISSN than Education for Health from the link above: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog?term=%22Educ+Health+%28Abingdon%29%22%5BTitle+Abbreviation%5D

Expected Behavior The paper should be listed as Education for Health.

Actual Behavior The paper is listed as Education and Health instead.
