FR: Add a "reviewed by" field to the paper's dataset #206

I would be quite interested in having the authorId's of those who performed the peer-reviewing for papers where this information is available.

Although not all journals provide this information, "Frontiers in" journals seem to almost always include it (e.g: https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/bioinformatics/articles/10.3389/fbinf.2023.1296667/full), and others such as eLife (e.g: https://elifesciences.org/articles/85722/peer-reviews#content), PLOS ONE, the BMJ or even Nature Communications seem to provide it sometimes according to https://plos.org/resource/open-peer-review/. I assume that this depends on whether the reviewers give permission or not to make their name publicly available.

Having access to this information through a "reviewed by" field in the paper's dataset would for example enable the fine-tuning of expert-recommendation models.
