I cannot see Marine Infrastructure annotations after starting from this link

I cannot see any offshore wind farm annotations, but I should be able to.

Is that because the "Offshore Wind Turbines" and "Offshore Platforms" are unchecked?

Sorry, got interrupted and accidentally submitted this before filling in all the details. No, I don't think that's the issue because when I check "Offshore Wind Turbines" nothing shows up. If I start from the base URL and then configure the same settings, I can see the annotations so I think this is a frontend issue.
