We've taken care of some of this but not all.

Faculty shouldn't see Smartmatched jobs.
 and should be able to see Edit Profile, but should not see the 'courses/categories/proglangs' stuff on that page.

Grad student........ debatable.

Undergrad, yeah you get the idea

Also lol maybe user names shouldn't be clickable, or maybe only under certain 
circumstances/privileges

e.g.

Why is Severus Snape clickable if it just redirects you to dashboard (which is 
good , for security purposes )
